Getting around Edinburgh

Once you've arrived, you'll want to get going and begin exploring everything the city has to offer! Our venues are conveniently dotted around the city centre, most within a 20 minute walk of each other.

Transport links within Edinburgh are well-connected and reliable so no matter where you are staying, each venue isn't too far away.

Lothian Buses provide reliable routes across the city and beyond, with buses stopping near each of our venue hubs. Alternatively, Edinburgh Trams run from the Airport all the way to Leith via Princes Street providing fast links to the city's transport hub.

If you're looking for a taxi, City Cabs and Uber are always on hand to help you whizz around the city. You can also find taxi ranks around the city - view the map here.

Edinburgh has extensive cycle lane routes around the city, and recently gained 24hr e-bike rentals with Voi (16+ only).

Luggage Storage

Our Fringe venues are unable to admit large bags and have no left luggage facilities on site. However, you can find luggage lockers at Edinburgh Waverley Station, Haymarket Station and Edinburgh Bus Station.
