# The Breakup Variety Hour
Welcome to the glitter-filled world of The Breakup Variety Hour, the electrifying Edinburgh debut of pop artist Ariana and the Rose. A love letter to heartbreak, healing, and the wild ride in between, this one-woman show follows the emotional arc of putting yourself back together, blending music, comedy and a touch of chaos.
First premiered in 2024 to a sold out Joe’s Pub in NYC, Ariana and the Rose has taken The Breakup Variety Hour around the US, to the Melbourne and Sydney Comedy Festivals, the Kelly Clarkson Show and London, and now arrives in Edinburgh with soaring synth-pop anthems, razor-sharp wit, and a splash of downtown glam.
Outside of the Breakup Variety Hour, Ariana and the Rose – the stage name of creator Ariana DiLorenzo – has shared the stage with artists including Cyndi Lauper, Foxes and Allie X, played Brighton Pride, been featured in British Vogue, The Guardian and TimeOut and amassed over 15 million streams and 90 million social media video views. Her debut album Lonely Hearts Club earned praise from Billboard and People, with critics predicting her ascent from indie act to mainstream star.
