Customers with Medical Requirements All Assembly Festival staff are pleased to assist you should you require any information or help. Customers who may need to bring medical items with them to an event are asked to make this know to the venue prior to arrival to avoid any security related concerns. Prescription medication must be contained inside the original packaging with your name that must be verified with your ID.

Access to Performance The venue is fully accessible on the ground and first-floor areas for all visitors with mobility difficulties and accessibility needs via a lift or handrail assistance. On arrival to the venue please advise any member of assembly staff and they will be more than happy to offer any assistance you may need to help navigate the venue.

Assistance Dogs We welcome the presence of Assistance Dogs at our shows, however, their admission may be subject to variation depending on the specific show. As such, we kindly advise that you consult with our Access team prior to booking your tickets, to ensure that suitable arrangements can be made.
