Applications for the 2026 ART Award at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe are now closed. We will be announcing the winner shortly - and applications will reopen in the New Year for the 2027 ART Award. The ART Award was created to support new Scottish writing and creativity at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The winner receives a guaranteed slot as part of the Assembly Festival’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe programme, as well as a number of other benefits. They will also have access to rehearsal space and to Assembly’s team and resources in the run-up to August.
