In 2025 at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, a total of 868 artists came from 28 countries to perform with Assembly Festival at the world's largest arts festival. Our programme featured a total of 4,396 performances, with over 473,000 tickets being issued to 246 shows. They were supported by a team of over 650 Assembly Festival staff, all of whom were paid at least the UK real Living Wage. Assembly Festival’s award-winning programme garnered over 3,658 stars from the media, more stars than are present on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, outgoing staff to be part of our team for Edinburgh Fringe.
The Administration Support & Festival Reception Team will be key to ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the teams within it, they are front line to our management offices and will meet and greet numerous performing companies, artists and agencies.
We're looking for enthusiastic and experienced team members to join our site carpenters and Site Managers to help build and break the Festival as well as experienced site crew for the run!
We're interested in hearing from you if you have experience in construction/carpentry/festival or event building/fencing and scaffolding and painting as well as plant operators or build crews.
